Best known for her role on Star Trek: The Next Generation as Counselor Deanna Troi, Marina Sirtis has a long and celebrated career in television and film appearing in such productions as Crash, NCIS, and The Closer. She joins us as Alana, a pivotal role on the rescue ship.
Doug Jones is often under much makeup and in elaborate costumes for such films as Pan's Labyrinth, Hellboy, Rise of the Silver Surfer and he is currently in The Strain and Falling Skies. Look for him also in the upcoming Nosferatu Remix, a retelling of the classic vampire film from the 1920's. In 5th Passenger he plays the role of Langdon, the ultra wealthy inventor/owner of the interstellar transport ships.
Tim Russ starred as Tuvok in Star Trek: Voyager as well as Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, and Star Trek: The Next Generation. He has also appeared in Twilight Zone (the series), Alien Nation, and Live Free or Die Hard. In addition, he is an Emmy-winning director. Tim Russ will play Franklin, one of the characters on the escape pod fighting for survival.
From Star Trek: Deep Space Nine to Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Armin Shimerman has been a force in sci-fi as well as every other genre. He portrays Myers in 5th Passenger, one of the stranded astronauts who must fight off an alien in order to survive.
Hana Hatae is best known for playing little Molly O'Brien, the daughter of Keiko and Miles O'Brien in Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. 5th Passenger marks her return to acting with the role of Nurse Yagi.
Manu Intiraymi portrayed the beloved character Icheb on Star Trek: Voyager. He has also been seen in such productions as Go, J. Edgar, and One Tree Hill. In 5th Passenger he has been cast as Thompson, a blue-collar worker who finds himself in the escape pod fighting for his life and will also be serving as co-producer.
